Going into tonights Last and Final Chance to regain the lead for points at Kawartha Speedway,Gary felt pumped but anxious. He was expecting some hard nose competition out there but instead was met by the power of the 00 Craig Willoughby, ever so questioned motor.Speed was the winner here, that and alot of technical ignorance in the Ministock Class through out the complete 2006 Season. The Tech at Kawartha this year was definately lacking!!If only we had known ,,,,na ,,,we still wouldn't of..Honour and all!!
Well no bitter feelings, thats Racing. As to that Gary had decided to sell the 63 Accord the minute he came off the track tonight. He knows he must move on,leave room and try something else,,somewhere else. The Tryon Crew has joined Racing forces with the Team 82 Ministock owner Tim Mulligan and will be purchasing an Open Wheel Modified soon.No decisions made ,Yet but it seems Gary and Tim know alot of Guys with this type of chassis and parts hanging around,,,,sooo we will see.Me, well I have my Heart set on a particular car and really do hope I get my Hearts wish. Here's to Hope!!
In the end of the nights Racing and rambling,,,,
Ellisha will claim the 8th place spot at the Kawartha Banquet. You go my lil "Rookie".Ellisha is deciding on her home track for the 2007 season.I think she's waiting until Gary had committed to something and somewhere.
It was nice to see Neil Hannah with his Car9 came to play.
Gary is Happy for the year he has had at Kawartha Speedway and is proud of his accomplishments. We have made alot of good friends and met alot of cool and interesting people.Memories,,,,,We've got some,,,check out all the pictures on this site. Thanks to All and we will see ya's again.
Hart Moroney (mini #3) took the 63 for a practice run.
